Joseph Pamic
Partner
Joseph brings a combination of private equity and industry knowledge to the team. Joseph began his career working for a Canadian mid-market private equity fund, executing several acquisitions, and later managing a portfolio of companies. He later ran the direct investment portfolio for a family office.
Most recently, Joseph led Corporate Development for an industrial services firm where he completed and integrated several acquisitions.
Joseph completed his MBA at The Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
Robert Curran
Partner
Robert brings both investment banking and private equity experience to the team. Robert began his career in investment banking, working for one of the large Canadian banks and then pivoted to a boutique investment bank focused on mid-market M&A and capital raising. Most recently, Robert has been involved in mid-market private equity, spanning both M&A, as well as operations.
Robert completed his MBA at University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
